The standard assistant element offers space for high volume aspirator, saliva ejector aspirator and, as an option, for the col-md-6 three-function hand-piece as well as LED polymerisation handpiece. Likewise available as an option is the height adjustment for optimal treatment ergonomics (adjustment range: 30 cm). The optional film keypad with one-touch keys constitutes an enhancement of operational comfort for the assistant. This facilitates the control of the following functions: instrument light, treatment light On/Off, switch the motor direction, spray pre-selection and position setting.
The vertical position of the patient simulator can be adjusted by pressing the chip blower of the foot switch and moving the simulator to the proper height.
The simulation unit KaVo DSEclinical may be converted from right
hand use to left hand use in just a few col-md-6s and without the
requirement to use any tools.

This allows for the KaVo DSEclinical to be adjusted to any individual circumstances regarding the availability of space in your clinic. The KaVo DSEclinical combination workplace combines a simulation unit with a complete KaVo Primus 1058 treatment unit. If required, both units
may be used as simulation units by installing the patient simulator on the patient chair of the KaVo Primus 1058. For the mutual training of treatment situations, one student may play the role of the patient and be treated by the other student on
the treatment unit.
